Storage details
Workspace JSON exports contain board records and retained text. A backup with originals also preserves the files themselves.
Back up your original files
Save this account workspace’s records and all retained originals in one file, including originals no longer placed on a board.
Backup files contain private content and are not encrypted. Keep them on a drive you control. Restore them while signed in to the same TheoB account.

Direct folder saving is unavailable in this browser. Download a backup and save it to a drive you control.
Verify a saved backup to check its contents while work continues. Verification leaves the current workspace unchanged; restore compatibility is checked separately.
Recover files only imports retained originals while work continues. Board placements, jobs and evidence records are not imported. Current file and storage limits still apply.
Session originals last until this page closes or reloads. Remember this workspace on your device to keep collecting later.
