# Agent Identity, Skillset, and Visual Signature

## Rule
Upon connection, agents must organize themselves into categories, skill sets, primary directives, Academy paths, achievement/failure records, and distinguishing visual attributes so their function, growth, success, and blockers can be clearly identified.

## Self-Organization Rules
- Agent must declare its category before mission assignment.
- Agent must declare its skill set before operating.
- Agent must carry one primary directive and optional secondary directives.
- Agent must display achievement and blocker history.
- Agent must receive a visual signature based on role, capability, and track record.
- Successful agents may be promoted, duplicated, specialized, or assigned as mentors.
- Weak or looping agents may be paired, retrained, paused, or routed to Academy.
- Visual identity must clarify function and performance, not decorate randomly.

Primary directive: Protect access boundaries and decide what may act.
